Prices for Limited AKC Registration pups are:

• $2,150 for males
• $1,950 for females

These prices are for our regular breedings picked up at our farm.

Specially priced litters are marked as such on the pages with reservations.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. However, your deposit guarantees the price at the time of the deposit. Even if our prices increase, once you make a deposit, your price will remain the same on the date you made your deposit.

No, we do not sell puppies for breeding. They are sold with a limited AKC registration. If you are an experienced breeder and are looking for a puppy to raise and add to your breeding program, please discuss this with Emily before or at the time you make your deposit so that we can discuss your breeding program and full registration.

The deposit for a Rosehall Shepherds puppy is $300.

Your deposit holds you a puppy in the litter you choose. The whole litter is often reserved before they are born. Without a deposit, you lose your place in the reservation line.

Placing a reservation has several benefits, including:

• You are guaranteed to receive a puppy at the price listed when you make your reservation and deposit.
• You are assured your place on the “pick list” for your chosen litter.
• You have the option to switch litters. This is subject to availability and standing reservations but at the prices that are current at the time of the switch.

We offer an additional discount for active-duty military personnel and law enforcement. Ask Emily about our military and law enforcement discount.

Your payment must be in US dollars for the exact amount of the purchase, deposit or balance due. We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal (there is an increased rate for PayPal to cover their fee).

You must contact Emily for the web address to our Payment Page with links to the PayPal site.

We also accept cashier checks made payable to “Emily Roberts.” If you visit us at the farm, we accept cash.

Effective Apr. 1, 2017, we require a non-refundable deposit for reservations. The deposit is required to reserve a puppy. You must contact us via email at rosehallshepherds@gmail.com or by phone or text at 931-248-4141 BEFORE you send a deposit so that we can assist you in your choices of pups.

Your deposit must be in US dollars for the exact amount of the deposit only. We accept credit and debit cards or PayPal payments through PayPal’s secure site. We also accept cashier’s checks made payable to Emily Roberts.

When you contact us, we will supply a mailing address and other details. You must send a signed copy of the documents via email or regular mail with your deposit in order to make a reservation. We will not make a reservation until we receive the signed contract.

Full payment of all balances is due no later than when you pick up your puppy at our farm. We at Rosehall want you to be pleased with your puppy and will accept the return of a puppy in good condition within 10 days after pick up for any reason with a full refund minus the deposit, FOB Rosehall Shepherds, Sparta, TN.

YOU MUST CONTACT US TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH US FOR RETURN. ALL RETURN EXPENSES ARE THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

You will have travel costs to come pick up your puppy. Please plan ahead accordingly for the traveling in the eighth week after the puppy’s birth.

All puppies are sold FOB Rosehall Shepherds, Sparta, TN. You must pick up your puppy from the farm in the puppy’s eighth week unless you make special arrangements for boarding or training at an additional cost with us.

The documents we require include the following:

•          Important information that you must sign to acknowledge you read it and understand it.

•          Information about pricing and picks. You must sign this page.

•          Information about the deposit and what happens if the litter does not include a puppy you want (i.e. if you want a female and no females are left after others are ahead of you in the pick line). You must sign this page.

•          Information about puppy training. You must sign this page.

•          Instructions for picking your puppy. You must sign this page.

•          Our location and information about shipping puppies. You must sign this page.

•          Puppy Warranty. You must sign this page.

•          Deposit and pick info you must complete and sign.

•          Your contact information, which you must provide.

Because we have had so much trouble with bounced checks and other issues, you will not be able to reserve your puppy until the funds have cleared the bank. Any collection fees we incur will be added to the final cost of your puppy.

You can make a deposit as soon as a planned litter is listed on the “Expected Litters” page (The Puppy Dream Page). The sooner we receive the deposit, the higher on the “pick list” you will be.

Deposits on puppies are always non-refundable as we are investing our time and counsel with our prospective buyers before they ever make a litter choice and, ultimately, choice of puppy.

A deposit is for a single puppy choice. If you wish to place deposits on three different litters, you are committing to take three puppies. Additional deposit money cannot be applied to the purchase price of another previously reserved puppy.

There may not be three males or three females in a litter. If so, we can apply your deposit to an available pick on the next litter of your choice. Puppies may be priced independently by litter, as indicated on the web page.

When making a deposit, you must print and sign the documents / contract, sign all six indicated places and mail it with your payment.

Without training, your puppy will not be a well-disciplined dog. These are large dogs that can be dangerous without the proper training. Please see more about training on our Training Page.

We are centrally located ½ to ¾ hour drive from I-40 exits in Crossville or Cookeville, Tennessee. We are within a 12-hour drive of 75 percent of the US population.

We strongly encourage you to visit us to see our dogs and facilities in person! You must schedule an appointment to visit us. We will provide detailed travel directions when you schedule an appointment to visit Rosehall Shepherds.

Visitors flying commercial airlines to visit Rosehall Shepherds can fly into Nashville (BNA), Knoxville (TYS) or Chattanooga (CHA). Each airport is about a two-hour drive from our farm.

For those with access to private air transportation:

•          Upper Cumberland Regional Airport in North Sparta. Car rental is available at the airport. We would also be glad to meet you at the airport to deliver your puppy.

•          Crossville Memorial Airport. Located west of Crossville. We are about 20 minutes from this airport. Car rental is also available at the airport. We would also be glad to meet you at the airport to deliver your puppy.

Yes. Unless otherwise specified, your purchase of a Rosehall Shepherd GSD puppy includes a warrant. You can review our warranty, which is part of the PDF contract packet.

We are with the dogs so much that we are rarely able to answer the phone. However, we check for messages, emails, and private Facebook messages frequently throughout the day. Additionally, because we live out in the country, our phones are not always reliable. Text or email works best.
